If I'm mad at SWMBO, I like to take long walks and not tell her where I'm going. If that's not available, I warm up Call of Duty 4 and slip on the headphones. There's nothing like killing a bunch of people online. It gives you the satisfaction and release you need without getting into trouble:D

I've had a disagreement with one of our neighbours, who has taken advantage of our good nature and thrown it back in our faces and I'm bloody fuming!!!!!!:mad::rant: I didn't get much sleep last night, on top of the not sleeping much while being away and I'm about ready to take someones head off.

I can't go near anything sharp as I have a history of occasionally self harming and when I get wound up like this and can't take it out on the person who has upset me, I take it out on myself. Better than than ending up in Jail or the Nuthouse for flipping out. Plus the fact Spike wouldn't be happy with me if I did do a slice job on myself.:rant::cry:
