Thanked: 131AAARGH!!!!
I am furious. Absolutely kick-yer-head-in livid. But I wont rant at you all. There's no point. I'm trying very hard to calm down, but am finding it very difficult.
So simple question. What do you guys do when you feel so mad you think you're gonna explode?

It rarely happens, but in such cases I climb on my exercise bike and pedal with a continuous heart rate of 150 - 160 bpm.
and I find that after half an hour all the anger and frustration is gone.
running would work too, but my knees don't like it much when I do.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 131All fine suggestions, but I am soon to start work (in a little under an hour) and smoking anything illegal or going on a long walk would be ill-advised.
Edit: If I was still at home I would do some straight razor resto, but thats quite sharp and dangerous. Also, SWMBO is there, and thats who I am mad at.

I'd go and confront my nemesis - since your wife is holding the nemesis card it's something in your gift to do. Otherwise go online and book in for a massage at a topless parlour in Bute (can you imagine a topless parlour in Bute....
(For overseas guests - going topless in Bute has never been carried out for moral and health reasons, except occasionally by council workers cutting grass.)

In cases when I'm at work, I typically enjoy some very angry heavy metal. Pantera's Official Live 101 Proof often does the job. I typically keep Pink Floyd in heavy rotation on the PC at work to encourage a light, easy mood.

punching bag for the win. nothing like beating the tar out of something when you are angry, and if it's something inanimate, all the better.
