If I'm mad at SWMBO, I like to take long walks and not tell her where I'm going. If that's not available, I warm up Call of Duty 4 and slip on the headphones. There's nothing like killing a bunch of people online. It gives you the satisfaction and release you need without getting into trouble

I under no circumstances even look at a razor. Bad bad choice for sure. Good luck with the cool down

Q_O for me its Guild Wars. In the past it has been Wolfenstein Enemy Territory. But any game of killing stuff does work

Civilization is a good one too. It gets your mind totally on strategy and off everything else

Heavy bag or focus mits, pipe, counter strike, hiking, starting fires (the camp variety, not the arson variety).

I try to remember that there is nothing really that important to get that mad over, and then I breathe.

I've had a disagreement with one of our neighbours, who has taken advantage of our good nature and thrown it back in our faces and I'm bloody fuming!!!!!! I didn't get much sleep last night, on top of the not sleeping much while being away and I'm about ready to take someones head off.

I've tried playing a few games to calm down, I've even tried breathing excercises and meditation but alas all attempts to calm down have failed so far. Herbal remedies are also out as I'm skint, so thats booze out too, HA!

I can't go near anything sharp as I have a history of occasionally self harming and when I get wound up like this and can't take it out on the person who has upset me, I take it out on myself. Better than than ending up in Jail or the Nuthouse for flipping out. Plus the fact Spike wouldn't be happy with me if I did do a slice job on myself.

I just feel sooooooooo fracking frustrated, aaarrrrgggghhhhh!!!!!!!

Sir Sidney, I hope you're feeling better now. When I hold the nemesis card Spike usually goes out until he's calmed down. Oh, and sorry for nicking your thread.
