Ok, it is Ron Livingston and I could keep posting screen shots but I have pretty much summed it up. As I said, it is based on a true story. It is about the life of Richard Pimentel, the man responsible for the Americans with Disabilities Act.........................................Ok, I'll post one more shot!

No please answer Jim!!! There's no rule here about using google or IMDB for a little help. I know I have and I know I'm not the only one! I'm pretty sure I'm the only one here who has seen this one, I still recommend it though.
Fair enough, The movie is "Music Within", 2007.
I thought that guy pushing the wheelchair was Mandy Patinkin at first, so I was looking for something much older.
