Its a game show called "ik wed dat ik het kan" (I bet I can) where all kind of "tallents" can be shown and challenged.. so if you think you can do this better you can give it a try..
They have all kind of chalanges (like crushing water melons with your head.. running through glass pannels.. pulling a truck attached to piercings in someones back (no kidding)

To add to maarten's reply: this may seem strange to non-europeans, but that particular bet is not considered different or more offensive that e.g. the water melon crushing. Seeing women in their bras is not considered inappropriate for kids.
I am willing to bet (:D) that this show is aired at primetime around 8PM.
The main difference if this show would be aired in the US would be the content of the bras! :D
