...and then my head exploded!
I was on the way home today when I heard a clip from an interview or press conference. It was President Bush saying, and I quote: "I had to sacrifice free market principles to save our free market system..."WHAT? Did he really say that? Yes he did! so then I tried to make sense of it all! "if we give up free market principles have we not just lost our free market system?...What did he mean?" My head was spinning trying to make sense of this contradictory statement! I felt as if I were suddenly and inextricably caught in an M. C. Escher drawing...you know the one...the stairs......and then my head exploded!
Anyone else walking around headless?
If the statement makes sense, please explain it if you will.

Yes Mark, I believe my head exploded when I read that Dubya explained most of the USA's imports came from abroad. Or something like that.
It positively disenfrancherised my noodle.
