After some thinking, I have decided to close this thread.

Nothing good can come from it.
I understand that you feel upset over what happened. But starting a new thread, just to discuss how upset you are, and how upset other people are is not going to be productive.

It would be a thread where people vent whatever emotions they have on the subject, things would be said, people would be insulted, and we'd have another s***storm, tearing into our community.

If you feel offended by something, send a PM to the author. Or send a PM to one of the mods if you don't want the confrontation, or report the post by clicking on the traffic sign in the bottom of the post.
That way we can deal with it without having to deal with a fallout of the online equivalent of a bar brawl.

I will deal with the post you referred to.
