the type of alcohol that is in beer and wine and liquor is believed by many to be a neurotoxin that can poison your brain. it also messes with you hormones, which is very bad. i will admit that still like a beer here and there and i don't mind wine. but for me it is probably about once a month now, and in the last 4 years i can honestly say i have been drunk twice, and i payed for it. this is my motivation for sure, NO hangovers.
the best way to be healthy is to put good things in your body and exercise. that doesn't mean 40 supplements a day, just good food and lots of good water.
