Thread: What is this supposed to mean?

It's 5pm on 10/19/09 and the Drudge Report has a headline re the Obama administration's directive to the feds not to arrest pot users in states that have legalized it.
Only question: the headline appears directly above a picture of the Prez standing with a bunch of school children.
Now, whether you agree with the policy or not, what purpose did Drudge have in featuring a photo that has absolutely nothing to do with the substance of the news report directly below the headline?

Obviously they want it to appear as if Obama is encouraging school children to smoke marijuana, even though that is clearly not his intention.

I'm so tired of politics in this country, and I am only 20.

Maybe Obama is encouraging the youth by helping keep their parents out of jail

Well in addition to Obama not being a Native Born Citizen he is using secret code to say he is a pot head and was a major drug pusher in his youth with an extensive criminal record. He used to get little kids like that hooked all the time. The pied piper of drugs.
