Okay. This is supposed to be a video of the San Jose police beating a student:

I hear it in the video but there doesn't seem to be anything to see so you don't really know whats going down. You are suppose to be able to see the police beating and tasering this student without mercy and then hitting the student again after the handcuffs are on but I don't see a thing. How is this proof of anything? It seems rather weak evidence if it is evidence at all.

Secondly: the attorney for the student released this video to the News stations in San Jose. Isn't this a case of trying the police in the public arena instead of the courts? I mean isn't the attorney taking weak evidence that will not likely go anywhere and turning public opinion to his favor thereby polluting the jury pool?

Agreed. Unless there is some way to further enhance the quality of the video to see what is does/doesn't show, the video is simply of too poor quality to be able to tell what it depicts.

That's OK once the attorny has the thing enhanced it will show them beating up on Obama.

I was thoroughly disgusted once again by actions that seem to be becoming the normal behavior of police. Their actions are those of thugs.

Doesn't look very good to me, looks like at one point he is laying motionless and the cop whacked him in the back, you can see his legs come up from the hit. But I suppose he must have been about to attack them.

I couldn't see a thing in the video. All I could hear was the audio. The one thing I heard in the audio seemed to be an officer saying "lay face down" several times and another guys voice saying "...listen to them..."

There are cases of abuse to be sure, but when a police officer comes into a room, whether justified or not, the smart thing to do is simply comply. Arguing and carrying on only creates a more dangerous situation.
