How do you take your coffee?

I can feel that, it is not easy to find a really good coffee in the states, you really have to seek it out. There was a coffee shop in San Dimas that I would buy bags of their snicker doodle coffee during the holidays cause it was so good. Unfortunately they are under new management and no longer sell it.

For a little while there I knew a guy that roasted his own beans and was probably the best cup of coffee I've ever had. Unfortunately he moved out of state. Maybe you should do some searching and see if you can't find home roaster in your area and see what they have. It may require you joining some home roasting forums and making some friends but may be worth the effort.

Strong and black. I used to go light 'n sweet, but when I quit smoking and could taste again, I discovered black coffee was where it was at for me. Turkish coffee is also swell, when you can get a good one.

Hot, black and chewy for me.

Just a bit of real cream (none of that powdered junk).
Only drink 100% arabica though. I bought a small filter drip machine for use at work because the machine stuff tastes like burnt rubber and gives me mild rashes.

Now coffee that gives you a rash, that's MANS coffee there.

Good coffee, to start, a French press preferably, but always always with this stuff in it

I have a press at my desk here at work but I try to be sparing about using the french press as it does not filter out the cholesterol like the paper filtered coffee makers...
