Here's a thread thats likely to go nowhere

There are some of us who still view and intend the word "love" with a heavy meaning. Despite all of my other flexibilities and shades of gray, I do. If I tell someone I love them, that is a thing of gravity. And I don't particularly like to be in relationships with people who don't feel the same.

JMS i think you have a words of wisdom here. For most of people, so called true love takes time before it comes. Of course there are people who say that they found a love in first sight, but i have no experience in such feeling.
Me and my lady lived together about 10+ years before getting married, so marriage was not a big thing for both of us.

Everyone has their little spats and arguments... I hope you didn't try to hit back.. They usually win that one. Sharp edges and whatnot

I love how that statement applies to both women AND razors.. That's the first time I've found something in common!

Thats crazy my mom gave me that same exact explanation, i think thats like a moms go to answer ( although i cant think of a better/well put explanation)

This sounds more like fools and their money. Not to go off topic, but, Most of these people have far too much time and money on their hands coupled with an environment that promotes fantasy rather than reality.
