Is anyone else spending half their days off watching the Olympic coverage? I like the downhill events, especially the new Snowboard events and of course Le Hockey.

The thing that wows me about this event is how different the athletes are from the 'pros'. These Olympic athletes have so much sportsmanship in them. As a perfect example, a Finnish coach handed a pole to a Canadian cross country skier who had broken her pole within four strides of having broken it! The Canucks went on to take silver (falling back from first place to fourth during the fateful four strides) while the Finns finished fourth, just out of medal standing! Do you hear any Finns complaining tough? Hell no. Now that's sportsmanship. Thank-you Finland for that. And to any Olympians who might read this (or if anyone knows any, please pass this on) my hat comes off to you all for your achievements whether on the podium or further down the standings. Your example is exemplary.
