    We had it on the news here. I remember it well as a couple of days earlier there had been a piece about Somali pirates hijacking more than 100 Indian sailors.

    It's quite staggering how much piracy occurs off the coast of Somalia and even further afield recently. I can never understand why it's not reported more. A quick search on the BBC news site uncovers a steady stream of incidents.

    This was a good report explaining why its pernicious and so hard to eradicate.
