    +1, what a loss!

I cant believe how many awesome musicians we've lost this year..! Dio, Stuart Cable, Paul Gray... and now Jimmy Dean. So sad.

    RIP Mr Dean.

Default Jimmy Dean Dies at 81

    Gentlemen:

I don't remember ever tasting Jimmy Dean sausage. I did hear him sing years ago, though, and liked what I heard. He was a fine singer and a talented entertainer. May he rest in peace.

    Regards,
    Obie

Jimmy Dean sausage is very good and comes in some different flavors like smokey maple which is my favorite when I have it, which is once in a great while.

I remember when "Big Bad John" came out when I was just a little scrapper, whenever it came on the radio while we were out for a ride I would sing along for all I was worth, my parents thought it was cute the first few times, but after that I guess it got old considering some of the remarks they made.

I didn't know he was still alive...

    May he rest in peace.
