I do not think this is a joke and I am sure this guy would take your money if you 'gave' it to him.
I think he thinks it is a joke by mocking how stupid people are.
If this isn't like that Web site "The Onion," P.T. Barnum did say there was one born every minute. . . .
I wonder if he knows not to use pencil sharpeners made in Pakistan? :thinking:
He's a political cartoonist. You are paying to be part of the experience, to be part of a statement on the kind of world where people buy sweaters for their dogs, or pay guys to rearrange their furniture and tell them it's going to improve their golf game.
