I know a guy who is big into Infowars. I checked it out and really think it is just a huge profitable business rather than any kind of good information. I mean look at the ads and products on his website. He might have started out with his intentions on truthful information (whether he was correct or not), but now I think the profitability far outweighs the truth for him.

Alex Jones is running a business first of all. He has some dirt of him as well.

He married a Jewish lady who is politically connected. Rumor has it that he is taking his profits and using them to help fund the Zionist Movement.

I work with a guy who bought a membership last year. He gave me his name and password so I could watch all his DVDs, etc.

The info is amusing. He certainly is smiling when he opens up his bank statement though

Alex Jones is a crack-pot. He takes a few cherry picked facts, mixes them with a lot of conspiracy theory BS, some rumor, pseudo-scientific claptrap, and a dose of outright lies, then sells it to a public that are honestly suspicious of government and multinational corporations. There are a lot of real reasons to be suspicious of big governments and multinational corporations, but he never actually addresses those.
