Someone explain this to me.

More intrusion! Someone start a thread about this internet hijack in Washington! Big Brother's ASS! I found out how to kick my big brother's ass at a young age! Its a bad thing. I have been in 24? accidents over 30 years. 1 was my fault and 1 was half liability, both 28 years ago. They can see every ticket I have had, ever. Yes, they can read your speed and in some vehicles can tell wether or not you were within the legal limit. They can not tell from this info that the clown who never exceeds the limit is the same one that hit me sliding on the ice (15x ?). This kind of data only becomes more penalizing over time. Many folks will go along and eventually so many, that you will be penalized for not.

While driving my truck the other day I started laughing about these commercials. My seat belt was latched but the idiot light on the dash was lit. I undid my belt and it stayed lit. The next time I drove I left my seat belt off and the light was off. If they read my computer they wouldn't be getting a true answer. When I fill my truck with fuel the gauge goes to empty. After 75 to 100 miles it goes to full. When it starts to move from full you better head to the gas station. this has been going on for years. I tried many things and finally read a service bulletin that the computer is the issue. I am not going to pay ???$ for them to fix it. I just reset the trip odometer every time I refill. 400 to 450 miles and it is time.

Another pet peeve of mine is that they will only allow $75 with a credit card at the pump. {I would rather pay cash but they make it so much harder that I do.} Since I need the tank full to trust the odometer I have to reinsert my card etc. 10 seconds later. If I was a thief what difference would that make? Many times I have put in only a gallon or so the second go round. What a waste of time.

And while information gathering has been mentioned, Super America is one of the worst in my opinion. They get you to join their club and gather all sorts of information on you. They give you 5 cents a gallon or so off their price. Today I bought fuel 40 cents a gallon cheaper at a station near my work than the SA near my house! What a big saving for my information! LOL

lmao gi, she was hit with a bag of wtf when she was a baby, and my 84 is has a small brain box thats it for computers and it dosent have a sut off on it like the nuwer vehicles so i can go as fast as the hearing lets me not untill a computer tells it to shut off. i like being in charge and not having the truck be smarter than me. ive already burried the truck in water and mud and once i dried out the dristributor cap it ran great no electronics to be screwed up. so good luck pullign any info off me

Nope, I said in this case it was at your option no requirement.

The next progression here is what if the company made it a requirement and then all the other outfits followed suit?

Unlike a representative government, corporate government does not have to pretend to be popular,equitable or just. They simply give you no choice in the end. They do not need your vote. Our government needs to pretend it has popular support and is acting for the common good.
