Before I smashed my leg

Hi All,

I had a pretty bad accident a few years ago, smashed tibial plateau. I happened riding a KTM 300 two stroke dirt bike through a forest and I decided to hug a pine tree...ouch :rant: Eventually I got my knee replaced.

Before this I was in to bikes, sports bikes, dirt bikes etc..I found a few pics.

Both dirt bikes I converted to Supermotards as around Christchurch there is some very winding hill roads to hoon about on.

Just thought I'd share.

I too have been known to hug a few trees...but never at high speed:eek: . Ouch!

Nice bikes BTW. Did you use the proceeds from their sale to finance all of your other low cost hobbies:p ?

Unfortunately "mission control" got the proceeds whilst I was in hospital. I was unable to work for 14 months so something had to pay the bills. :cry:

I'm not sure yet whether the bikes or straight razors are less demanding on the pocket. Then there is fountain pens..:w
