    Default Similarities

The last couple of days we've spent a lot of time arguing on our differences.
So perhaps it is time to point out our similarities.

For me, I have to say that I sometimes have to write the date down dozens of times throughout the day. And at the end of the day I still need to take a look at my watch to see what day it is.

That is for sure, how to make a point with humour and make it stick in your mind.

George Carlin was one of my all-time favourite comics!

See, we're finding that we have some similarities already

He was one of the handful of all time greats, and I'm so thankful that I got to see him before he died.

He was one of the few who looked at stand up like a craft and treated it like rhetoric.

I love that man to this day.

Quote from Carlin: "So they're gonna ban the plastic guns, and keep the f**king real ones!" Sorry, Bruno, I couldn't resist.

But yeah, I think anyone with a brain and a funny-bone (and a wicked sense of irony) loves Carlin. And I hear ya, I'd like to see us get back to all the things that unite us here on SRP in our "brotherhood of the blade."

    Merry Christmas, Gents

By the way, both my teenage sons have Carlin's Gold on their ipods. I guess I'm a bad influence.
