I'm in the same boat. The lovely Mrs. GI is a knockout who at 50+ years old still gets carded when buying alcohol. I'm often mistaken for that creepy old man with a wife half my age (in fact she's a couple years older than me). The difference being that she's aged like fine wine while I've aged like seafood in a hot car :) I guess you and I only prove the idea that even a broken watch is right twice a day.

How long have you been together?
It's funny, she doesn't think she's anything special and thinks I could do better. I just think she's blind! oh well! good for me haha

It's been said that the perfect marriage is made between a blind wife, and a deaf husband. It could be true...

:OT There is a man and wife at my church who don't speak the same language. He is an Anglo and she is Cuban. She speaks no English at all and he speaks no Spanish. Whatever that is about, they've been happy together, as far as I know, for years. :thinking:

Thought it was a Deaf wife whose father owns a Pub.

16 April this year will be our 30th. Funny my wife says the same thing (she's nothing special, I could do better, etc.) You gotta like a smokin hot woman who doesn't think she's hot :) Confidentially, I don't think I could have found even an ugly woman that would put up with me, especially when I was a young wild, full blast GI but through thick and thin, there she was. Like you say, good for me!
