It was a very interesting project and I learned a lot: razor regrinding, working with buffalo horn, pinning, and the nuances of old English script.

I wanted this restore to be as close to the original as possible in looks, material, and construction. I pretty much ended up taking Gerrrit's advice to go all out. I had to regrind the blade, make new scales, replace the blade etching, pin everything together, and make everything nice and shiny again. I would like to thank Brian and Glen for their invaluable help. This project would not have turned out nearly this well without their assistance.
