I was going to rescale this one when I got it. But, I ran it through a buffing progression and was pleasantly surprised. I decided to keep it in its original clothes.
Before: as I received it from the 'bay.
After: dark red horn. Pretty easy "restoration" for this one.

those are great scales. It is too bad that etchings are so fragile.
