A Wade and Butcher w/crown GR stamp 1820 - 1830. The original scales were cracked and delaminated. These are a copy of the originals with a lead wedge. The tang hole was huge so I sleeved it and added thrust washers. I think the blade is a regrind as I have never seen the double shoulder on this early a blade. Anyone have thoughts on that? It's a 6/8 blade. If you look carefully you can see Wade and Butcher stamped on the edge of the spine.
