Pretty neat scales, I like it a lot.
Great work, love those scales that blade and super tang bluing.
I too collect the hollow square point Robesons they are shavers. The hammered tangs are some of my favorites.
If you want to know the Robeson story, check out Charlie Noyes website.
RobesonsRme.com
Charlie has been gathering up Robeson stuff for thirty years and has some REALLY nice examples of knives and razors.
Terrier Cutlery was a Robeson brand too.
Charlie hosts his own page and it loads a bit slow but it's worth the wait.
I've never seen that particular grind before, nor those scales. Great job on both. Looks like a lot of work. I have one of the fit your face Robesons and it is for "shure" one of my best shavers.
Great work. I must have zoomed in 50 times to get a closer look. Really good looking razor.
Very cool razor
I especially like the pointing fingers showing you where the double concave is.

Like you needed help in finding that.
Nice job Tom
Very tedious work and you pulled it off very nicely. Sharp razor with a tonn of work in it :<0)
Great job!
I've only got one razor with that grind -- a Cattaraugus, also with a mid-blade etch (mostly faded, for a hardware store).

(Uh oh, I've posted two post 1900 razors neither of which were made in Sheffield! The following razor picture is purely to preserve my reputation)

very nice tom,
i shall have to file that grind away for if i ever decide to expand the collection or trade anything in, that, a rattler and a lancet are 3 grinds i would like.
the work on the scales came out very well too.
