Wow, I admire your patience on that one. I'd have given up pretty much the second I would see such pitting.
It's great that you guys can bring these blades back to life. The anchor intrigues me. I've had 2 GB Anchor-Cross' so far and one very huge Wade and Butcher with an anchor, but I've never seen only an anchor and no makers mark. Birmingham perhaps? Thanks for sharing. Amazing work.

Firefighter2 ... as to how many hours went into this razor, I couldn't really say. I really don't keep track of the hours or the time involved in any razor. I just work on it until I am as happy as I can be with what I am capable of accomplishing. :shrug:
Wow! That is truly remarkable. I wouldn't have thought those after pics were possible given the condition of that blade.
