Just finished this vintage restore up for a friend... A Wade & Butcher 13/16 wedge. Blade finished with a Crocus polish and original scales and lead wedge. As typical of all W & B's this razor shaves 'Sheffield Smooth'...
Not much else to say about the Wade and Butcher's....they're just Great Razors!

Thank you Mike. I don't use a belt sander...although I wish I had one! Maybe someday... The Crocus is a polish and I use it with a wheel. I also use Crocus cloth sheets and polish by hand. Although I do believe you can buy crocus belts for a belt sander??? If you have one you ought to look into that...Quote:
