Default SFK Wapienica - Brzytwa Chirurgiczna. Wenge scales.

Another Wapienica, this time Chirurgiczna. I’m not sure how to translate this – For Surgeons use or Surgical steel. Anyway great razor probably made of swedish steel. Scales are made of wenge wood and piece of mysterious white wood glued together. Finished with CA and polished with micromesh up to 12000 grit.

A good eye for detail is very important so you're on the right track. Your tapered wedge is flush, peening is well done and perfect finish. It only gets better with time, persistence and patience.

Or old American cars. I don't know what make was it but I remember that I saw those cars in the movies. Usually estates with wooden or wood-like panels.

    Thanks.

I'm not usually a big fan of wood scales but those are beautiful. Well done sir.
