    Default John Sellers & Son

I've had this blade kicking around for some time. It came with cracked Ivory scales. The blade itself had some issues which I addressed. It's a neat style.

This is is what lead me to build it to go into my collection of carved Ivory that I'm working on. This is #5.

i kept the design simpler than the others as it seemed more fitting to this blade. I did inay a piece of black lipped MOP which has some beautiful color to it. I made the lead wedge as a nod to tradition along with washerless brass pins.
I really enjoy carving/ building these.

Nice scales. I don't see any blades by John Seller very often.

I LOVE mine too. Very good steel in those. He also made steel for printing plates. He made some pretty famous printing plates. That one you have there is unique and beautiful.
