Carbo Magnetic Restoration Round 1

I recently purchased four straight razors in an antique store and plan to restore them one by one. Here is a photo of the four:

The Carbo Magnetic 60 Griffon xx is the third razor in the picture above. Last night I spent a few hours with Mothers Mag and Aluminum Polish, some rags and polished the razor. I consider this round 1, because I can see where there is room for improvement. So, I will post another picture when I complete Round 2 of the restoration. I am pleased with Round 1. I welcome any comments or suggestions.

That looks pretty darn good to me. Get 'er shave ready!

You really did some serious polishing in round 1 Whizbang, and the Carbo Magnetic blade already looks great!

That blade Looks great. I'm with dinnermint, put that one on the stones and get it shaving. That must have been one heck of a polishing session:) I have one just like it and love it. Awesome work.
