Geo. Wostenholm & Sons in honey horn
A pre -1890 George Wostenholm 13/16 near wedge in a brilliant crocus finish. This gentle smiling blade features a thumb notched tang which many find more comfortable in the hand than the more frequently seen straight tang. Flawless honey horn scales with brass pins and collars complete the traditional restoration. The deep pitting in the before pictures is plainly visible. Regrinding removed all and left all the blade profiles crisp and clean with a thin and even bevel. I have done a number of razors lately in honey horn but finding nice horn can be difficult at times for me.

Nice job, way to save that one, the pitting looked deep, now it's totally gone. Where do those collars come from? I like the way the pin sets in those.

The collars come from Austin Kennedy. He is a member here and sells through eBay or you can contact him directly.
