    Default 8/8" custom straight razor with blue acrylic scales and inlay

    This is my latest work for one of my return customer. I hope you will like it.


    125SC steel hardened to HRC 62
    8/8" (26mm) wide blade
    60mm cutting edge
    Half hollow grind
    Blue acrylic scales and black G10 wedge
    Phosphor-Bronze pivot bearing washers
    Colorised nickel-silver wedge/spacer pin with stainless steel washers
    Adjustable stainless steel pivot pins
    Inlays on the blade from blue acrylic

    That is a beautiful, but a bit scary looking.

    I think you’ve managed to combine modern lines with classic Japanese kamisori style.
