Fenney's Tally-Ho
Frederick Fenney operated from High St. Sheffield in 1822. He was granted his striking 'Tally-Ho' with a running fox trade mark in 1833 and he became a master cutler in 1848. F. Fenney died 27 March 1852. Charles Bingham bought the Tally-Ho rights and operation. His razors are frequently seen with the Tally-Ho trade mark. This razor was received with the blade horribly pitted and multiple chips along the bevel. The 13/16+ near wedge blade was reground and restored in a glazed finish. The stunning scales are pressed horn and were straightened and re-dyed black.
