Tortoise Kirinite- not my design we were trying to match a set from years back
These were left at .125” thick by request luckily the Kirinite will still flex at that thickness
Faux ivory wedge
Nickel Silvers pins and reversed SS outer lock washers
Brass bearing washers
Revisor Honed on Chosera 1-5-10 with a Black Thüringen finish

Tom, I purchased that razor years ago along with Robert (pinklather). Robert doesn't use credit cards online but I do so we joined forces. He did all of the ordering and I supplied my debit card.

Thing were going along and all of a sudden there was a problem, the razor Robert had ordered was in stock but mine would have to wait for a few weeks for it to be made. So we talked it over and he decided to wait the few weeks till they could manufacture my razor and have them sent at the same time.

Suddenly they held a weekend hold over to get caught up. I used to know the exact date that my razor was made but----time has taken it's toll on my memory.

The razors were shipped to Robert and he found mine was perfect so he sent it on to me here in WA WA WA. Unfortunately his razor had a warp so he sent his back but it wasn't tracked and insured and it was lost in the mail.
I 'believe' that I paid $130 USD for the blade and I REALLY DO ENJOY IT and I'm waiting to give it another go!

Tim the original set of scales balanced Perfectly at the pivot.





I unfortunately dropped them and both scales broke at the pivot.
