I'd like to share some pictures of one of my favorite shavers. I'd love to hear comments and critique on the construction. The blade I know needs some polish. I got a bit ahead of myself; assembling before any finish coats were applied. I been using it as is

You certainly do get originality and style points for this one - and it turned out really well...I like the rustic look a lot!

These are about 4 years old air dried with sealed ends - you must do that. You could do it in a day or two (depending) in a hot box, but you have to be able to weigh it. experimentally. Almost. Actually I kicked myself in the butt for not knowing the value a : small enough for scales branch : would have for me. each side has a 1/2 wedge carved out with the rest tapered toward the pivot and open side so the bottom is more closed off than with flat scales.Quote:
