Talking Red Imp in Claro Walnut

Here is a rescale I just finished on a Red Imp using my personal favorite (claro walnut). Please tell me what you think.

    Details:
    claro walnut scales,
    maple/walnut/maple wedge
    4 coats poly
2 coats handrubbed beeswax to finish it off
(Finish is a silky satin...pictures don't do the wood justice)

again, this was only a rescale, no blade work done this time

    Cheers!

Looks great to me. I wish I could get a better sense of the color of the wood. The pictures turned out a bit washed out. Still The shape of the scales look great. Doesn't hurt that I'm a big fan of the Red Imp's.

2nd pic color is about right... pretty chocolate in color with some darker and lighter patterns...I'm not as good at the camera as Max!

It's actually pretty interesting but not bad at all really!

I can definitely see the inspiration off several designs mixed into one.

I would say, job well done!

]Hey guys, I just took two more pictures using a better light source (the sun ) and the colors are much more accurate all around. These pics are basically the same thing with a slight angle change to see the intensity of the grain. Hope this gives a better look
