    Default Torrey in Amboyna Burl

Classic TI shape, stained Amboyna burl with brass liners.
The blade is a Torrey fishing rod.

    enjoy.

This is one of my favorite woods. I have also really been liking the metal liners. Very nice.

Really nice work. I love those scales and the brass liners are especially nice. I recently tried that after seeing Seraphim's Double Arrows. I miserably failed so I know that isn't easy. Out of curiosity though, what did you finish the scales with? A ploy/stain combo or something else? Great work!
