F.W.Engels "Hiz" 11/16 Original Scale Restore
I picked this one up for $15.00 at an antique shop. I almost put it back. Here is why:

It was part of a package deal I was haggling with the owner of the shop, so, I decided I'd see what I could do with it. the nice thing is there was no active rust on the edge itself. Just everywhere else.
So, I got it home, and examined it a bit.. took some 600 grit to kind of see where I was at and cleaned up the scales (a little).

I found that there was just too much gunk and active rust around the pivot pin. It had to come out. So, I de-pinned, and started hand sanding.
