I picked this guy up on eBay a few weeks ago. There was some hone ware, light pitting and a lot of blade staining. The scales were sound but not the best looking in the world.

I got some new grind/buffing compounds and decided to try them out on this guy. The blade got a thorough sanding then buffed out through chromeum oxide to shine it up. The scales got a high grit sanding and then buffed on the wheels as well. It is all original, pins, scales and even the coffin box.

I think it turned out good. Pretty much a mirror polish. Now I have to hone it up and decide if I am going to keep it, or sell it. I think I may hang onto this one and sell a W&B that I was going to keep instead.
