W. Greaves & Sons 6/8 Near Wedge in “Wedgeless” Honey Horn Scales
I was surprised by this old Sheaf Works razor because the blade looks like it has never been honed. There was some rust at the pivot and monkey tail but the blade itself was nearly perfect. On the other hand, the old blonde horn scales were bug bitten beyond repair.

I used 240 grit greaseless buffing compound on the blade to take off the rust and pitting from just in front of the pivot point back while matching the original machine marks. The only way you can tell this was done is that the buffer tends to round the corners anywhere I used the buffer.
The scales were made from a 1/8” X 2” X 6” Honey horn blank.
I have yet to hone it.
