    Arrow "Warranted" 200 years new

That should be about right, 180-200 years ago this razor was made...
A Warranted that is actually in very good shape when our very own Modine sent it here...
Polished to a satin sheen, and snuggled into some Honey Ox Horn scales...
The scales are a older design of mine that I haven't used in over two years, I wanted a straighter look to them to fit the period that the stub-tail was made in.... But I also wanted to make them custom, so I chose what I called a "Broadsword" look to them...The horn was polished out to 12,000 grit Micro-mesh followed by Ren-Wax. The wedge is Faux Ivory and designed to still create a tang balance point...Pins and washers are Bi-metal brass and Stainless steel....

    Thumbs up

Nice one Glen . You certainly brought back a 200-year old blade back to life

It makes me want to cry to see that old razor polished up shiny and in new scales.
But... the work on it is fantastic. It looks great; probably as good as it was when it was brand new.

    Nice work Glen.

Very nice Glen. You certainly did justice to the old blade.
Did you get a chance to test shave with it.

    Excellent G brother.

Gotta love it when you can bring those old razors back to life. Superb.

Very sweet finish on those horn scales.

I'm sure the wife's gotta love the smell of you working horn. I know mine locks me up in my shop, opens up all the windows and I can hear the complaining. Once I even had a neighbor ask me if I was cooking some kind of foreign dish.

    Sweet looking combo G!
