Very nice work, I really like your keeping it the original vintage look. Will you be using the original vintage brass bullseye washers? Looking forward to seeing it completed.

Looks real nice.
I don't know if it is the case with yours but sometimes the "grain in horn often shows up as a silver colour. The younger layers of horn are always a lighter colour than the older outside layers & an overlap of colour can show thru.
Nice restoration btw. As much as I like colourful acrylics its great to see them kept authentic.
Very nice work.. I also really like that you are using all the original parts. Beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the result when it's done!
