This is one of my vintage Hospital Le Grelot's model 68 5/8. I had to take this one down to 80 greasless as well, but didn't spend a lot of time there. Some moderate pitting was left, but this is a personal blade and a sweet shaver.

First time working with horn and rescaled it in transparent buffalo horn. Wish the backside of the scales matched the from with the darkening near the end, but it was all from one blank so oh well. Just used a basic black acrylic wedge.

Nickel pins and stainless steel washers.

Next is a J Warrin Sheffield Frameback that I wish I took before pictures. Had heavy pitting and spent a long time on 80 greaseless.

Scaled in black micarta with a brass lined red acrylic wedge. First time working with micarta. Till need to dial in the edge a bit on this one to get to my standards.
