It's about the same as working horn, but harder than celluloid. It might seem a little pricey to get the sheet, but I looks like you can get three or four sets of scales out of a sheet which makes this a great bargain.Quote:

Very nice! That's the 3rd Joseph Allen, including one I picked up on ebay, that has that NON XLL mark. Does anyone know what that means? Is it a forger's mark?
NON-XLL means None-Excell. It's kinda like Wostenholm's IXL which means 'I excell'.Quote:
