8/8 G Wostenholm Celebrated I-XL Faux-Frameback

A full Vintage restore, this one wasn't in bad shape at all, I know I have before pics someplace, or maybe Justin does...
We decided on a full tear down and restore on this beauty, a full 1 inch of Sheffield steel this thing is massive

I polished out the original horn scales with some new Polishing Paper in 400-600-1200-4000-6000-8000 then buffed with Blue Magic the finish is unbelievable...
The paper is something that Phil Dobson left for me to try out when he stopped by the ranch yesterday here is the link to it...

3M Tri-M-Ite

The blade was just lightly buffed then polished I used the old thrust washers and went with new Brass pins and washers like the originals were...

This is one I am looking forward to shaving in the morning

Also for anyone that thinks I thought up the idea of balancing razors out to the tang

I didn't I just figured if most every one of the vintage razors balanced to the tang, maybe those old smart guys knew a thing or two about making razors

Understated beauty. Great detail work really lets that special blade and horn have a commanding presence.

It has an "actions speak louder than words" sort of look to it. A razor anyone would be proud to have and respect.
