Thread: Rescaled Canadian razor from the 30s

Picked this one up on the bay and I think it is now my favorite razor. From the shape my gut feeling was 1830s - what does everyone think? It's marked SF Foster / Head-Quarters on one side and Montreal on the other, and the blade is absolutely massive, especially the tail. Just finished rescaling in brown horn and bone with an experiment at making slightly domed washers from the big flat brass ones. Shown for comparison with a 5/8 Wosty. I love the chunkiness of it.
