Default Second razor: 7/8 in zebrawood

Here is my second razor ever made, but the first one I would call a "real " custom

Blade is made from O2, the scales are zebrawood, with a grenadil (african blackwood) wedge and silver-nickel pins. I was a bit surprised how well this one turned out, almost everything is how I wanted it. The only thing I will change in the future is the finish grinding, I was a bit hasty there, so the edge isn't perfectly even, but even so it took a very nice edge easily.

My next razors will have my stamp on them, this one was HT-ed before it was ready

Please let me know how you like it!

Very classy!! Love the consistency of the shape between the blade and scales. Really nice razor!! Thanks for sharing.

Well done. The lines are nice, it looks balanced.

Did you blue the blade, or is it 'acid etched'?

    Thanks for sharing.

That is extreme looking! I like it, it looks very archaic. Really neat blade, and absolutely awesome work!!!

You should definitely sell me this razor.

I also accept donations if you're unwilling to sell :P

Size: 69.9 KBReally nice work. I made three some time back that were similar. The problem I had with them was they were hard to strop because of the part of the tail between the blade and the end of the scales, when I tried to finger flip them, there wasn't enough room for my thumb and forefinger. Does yours strop ok? I'm going to change my design a bit next time.
