Thread: Homemade razor stand and second restoration

Here is a kit stand that I made out of some scrap mahogany that has been sitting in my garage for years. I got a box full of cutoffs of mahogany, maple, white oak at a yard sale and now have put them to use. I also have rescaled two razors, one a W&B in padauk and a shapleigh Diamond Edge in purpleheart. I still need to work on my pinning, and have some more projects in the works. I also picked up some large leather scraps today at a flea market and will try and make some strops.
