Hi all, for those of you who were following my thread on the restoration of these Spikes, as promised, here is a photo of the completed set, restored to the best of my ability.

Each razor took about a day to complete. Monday is probably the worst, and the first one I did. As you would expect, Sunday is the best as my technique was getting pretty solid by the 7th razor. Monday has micro's where as all the others got brass pins. Once I'm over my laziness, I'll replace Mondays as well.

In the meantime, only Monday is currently honed, so this weekend there is going to be one massive honing party, or at least as long as I can hold out, until I have all 7 shave ready again. Good thing about Spikes, they are really easy to hone, straight edges and even spines. I've never come across a twisted spike yet, not to say they don't exist.

Monday starts in the lower right hand corner, and Sunday finishes in the upper left corner, going up, so on the right is Mon, Tue. and Weds, and the left is Thurs - Sunday.
