W.H. Morley & Sons Restoration and Custom Brush
I finally finished up my first restoration (well almost still needs to be honed) and a custom brush. I don't think it is even close to level of what everyone else that posts here, but this is custom builds and restorations ;)
Original thread I started about my restoration process can be seen here http://straightrazorpalace.com/showthread.php?t=88904
I started a new thread here because I thought it was more fitting.

My custom brush. I had never seen anything like this and I thought it would be neat so I went for it. I had to work out some kinks but it all worked out in the end. Attachment 119515Attachment 119516

Thanks for all the help and thanks for looking.

Both look great! Is the brush weird to hold to use?

No, the brush is large (about 2.5" dia), and it is pretty heavy, but it feels good. I can even palm it if I want to. You definitely can't hold it like a pencil like you may hold a smaller brush. It builds a mean lather too. The only problem is that I can't fit in smaller lather bowls.
Thanks for the question!

Yes, I know it as a monkeys fist but I think it has many names. Thank you.
